We provide free worldwide standard shipping on store orders. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched.
Shipping cost
Standard worldwide shipping is free. No additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs processing, severe weather and carrier delays can extend this estimate.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number is provided after dispatch. Use the Order Tracking page with your order details.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. An address cannot always be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.
Customs and import charges
Import duties, taxes or local handling charges may be collected by authorities or carriers in the destination country. These charges are not controlled by the store.
Delayed or missing parcels
Check the tracking record first. If there is no movement for an unusual period or the parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed and the order information is verified. Dispatch timing can vary with stock availability, payment review and public holidays. We will contact you if an order requires additional information.
